DELIVERY

Regarding the Delivery Company:

Products will be shipped domestically by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Overseas deliveries will be sent using DHL.
*Delivery company may not be chosen by the customer.
*We do not ship to Sales offices.

Regarding Timing of Deliveries:

In cases where the date of delivery is to be specified, please choose the day from the “Delivery Date” option.
*Please select a date within 7 days of order placement.
*If a specific date is not required, please select the “Earliest Date” option.
*In regard to overseas shipping, the date of delivery cannot be specified.

Regarding Delivery Time:

Please select from one of the 5 time options below.
• AM (08:00 – 12:00) • 14:00 – 16:00 • 16:00 – 18:00 • 18:00 – 20:00 • 19:00 – 21:00
*Please understand that shipping to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, or other remote island locations may require additional shipping time.
*In cases where there is no one to collect the order on the delivery date, the order will be returned to the delivery center. A delivery notice will be issued, and the customer may use that to arrange a new time for delivery.

Orders shipped by Cash on Delivery

that are not received by the customer withing the delivery period will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled. We will re-ship only if requested by the customer, however, a shipping fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) will be added to the total payment amount made at the time of order.
